  • Cheese cloth
  • Tie

On a square cheese cloth, put the lavender and chamomile flowers together. Then add 2 drops of lavender and clary sage essential oil. After that, fold the cheese cloth and tie it together. How to use? Just drop it in your bath water before you take a bath.

  • 15-20 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 5-10 drops of clary sage essential oil
  • 10-15 drops of lemon essential oil
  • Carrier oil
